I'm a 38 year old male looking to meet new women and start dating again. I'm having trouble meeting people, so a good friend recommended this site. I'm sure alot of my problem is my work schedule. I work 3rd shift at a long term nursing facility. So my schedule is kinda crazy and I work alot of weekends. LOL Once I'm introduced to someone, I usually don't have a problem holding a conversation.In my spare time I enjoy going to sporting events, working out, bowhunting, fishing and coaching football.     Welcome Spring! The time of new beginnings, but for old folks like me more of the same routine.My bike is out, and wish I rode more. I'd say it's early in the season, but it really isn't. Work is going like a whirlwind. Being the "boss" can be overwhelming sometimes. I manage an IT help desk.
