I've spent most of my life chasing climbing and various other adventures around the world. I strongly believe life is to be lived and soaked up in every way possible. Good with the bad. This is it, what we make of it, and how we treat others says a lot about who we are. Fitness has always played a big part in my life. I love running in the mountains, climbing and laughing with friends in Squamish, and just being outside as much as possible. I love hearing about other peoples experiences in life and places that they've been. Motivating others and helping them exceed there own expectations is something I really enjoy.
