I like skating, biking and all things outdoors. I want to find a happy niche in life and live out existence surrounded by people and things that inspire creativity and happiness. I have wide-ranging taste in art, books and music; from Vonnegut to Joyce and from Immortal Technique and Atmosphere to Choking Victim and Against Me. I have some inherent contradictions, like a capitalist reading Marx or an egalitarian elitist, I guess you'll have to make your own judgement ;) Something that involves interaction and learning about each other. It doesn't have to be fancy or expensive as much as fun and creative. You learn more about someone at an art workshop than sitting through the lastest blockbuster movie release next to each other in silence.

    I've heard a lot about this site from friends and coworkers, and figured I'd give it a whirl. What do I have to lose right? (Famous last words...)I love traveling and road trips. I visited most of the states in this fine country and look forward to seeing more. I also love learning about new cultures and new foods. Bonus points if you can teach me something!By the way, what's up with all the tattoos and piercings? It's no longer about being creative -- it now just seems to be about conforming! Also, I'm not trying to be mean here, but check your waist size.
