I'm a fun loving guy who loves humor and smart conversation. I also like to let loose, since most of my days are filled with rigorous logic trying to figure out the universe.I have two daughters (born in ***and ***who I see as much as possible (at least every other weekend). They take priority over everything in my life, so don't be offended when I choose time with them over other things. I still have plenty of free time though (maybe too much?)Hobbies include relaxing with friends, reading, listening to comedy podcasts and occasional obsessions with television or movies. I rarely watch TV, unless I get hooked on something and binge-watch it online. I don't have any kind of tv service, so it's not a big part of my life.I have a PhD in theoretical condensed matter physics, and I love science. That doesn't have much influence on my choice of friends etc, though: I enjoy spending time with a wide variety of people with different interests and opinions... just so long as they are open minded.I'm a research professor right now (very little formal teaching involved), but I hope to find a regular tenure-track faculty position at a research university soon.I like a variety of music types, except country or hardcore hip hop. Rock or Hard Rock are usually my go-tos, but occasionally a new pop song will catch my attention. I'm pretty easy going when it comes to music. Flying on my private jet to my family's villa in the south of France, where our private chef will prepare a meal for us while we receive hot stone massages. We'll end the evening with dancing and drinks in the moonlight reflecting off the Mediterranean.If you don't believe any of that (you shouldn't), we could just meet for drinks and conversation somewhere.
