Well, let's see. I have a reputation for being a nice guy. I'm currently employed at a large, retail real estate company downtown and have worked there for over five years.As far as hobbies go, I am an avid runner and also like to work out. Whenever I have both time and money, I love to travel. I'm on a little bit of a quest to visit all 50 states (currently at ***but also as many countries as possible (7 as of November). I'm pretty easily entertained and enjoy trying new things.I've been a very independent person for a long time. As a single homeowner, I know how to take care of myself. I can even cook, though it's not something I do often. In someone else, I look for a woman with some similar interests and traits - likes staying fit, a little sense of adventure, hard working but doesn't mind chilling every once in a while, family oriented, and traditional values. I've always found first dates to be a bit on the awkward side so I try to keep things simple. For me, it's usually dinner and go from there. If I know some common interests I might try to come up with something along those lines. If I don't know anything about the other person, then I try to have a few ideas. Regardless, I prefer that the first date provides ample opportunity to talk and get to know the other person.
