About Me

Life is definantly a dance and you do learn as you go! I have been unhappy for too long. All I want is that certain someone who is like me who wants the same thing, to be loved shown through compassion, respect, trust and leaving all of your insecurities behind. There is no room for insecurities in a relationship because that brings problems and more so, DRAMA! I want a lady who makes mistakes because I’m not perfect either nor am I looking for perfection. You must love me whole heartedly, (meaning that everyone has their bad days), or nothing at all as I will do the same for you too. I want to be loved, good side and be understanding of my bad side…don’t front, everyone has a bad side! I am not your typical man who likes the “Wham, Bam, Thank You Ma’am” type of relationship. I am in need of something pure and strong, not to mention stable. Stability is a must for not only me, but for my son as well. HE HAS BEEN THROUGH ENOUGH! (If u wanna know more, just ask.) We both really do not need to get burned AGAIN! I am a man of great integrity, compassion and respect for myself, my son and for ladies. I would expect no less from one. I also am looking for a lady that lets me be me, because if you don’t, you will not see by best side! Family means a lot to me, immediate and extended. This is because I’m adopted. My real parents walked out on me when I was young. Dad left me before I was born and between the ages of 2 & 7 I was in and out of foster homes because my mother didn’t want me. The day I got adopted (age 7) is the day I dreamed of having a family of myself. I made a promise to myself that I would be that man who doesn’t leave his wife or children no matter what and makes sure they know that. I have learned a lot from my adoptive (I CALL THEM MY REAL PARENTS BECAUSE I FEEL THAT IT IS A BIG RESPONSIBILITY TO HAVE A CHILD, BUT IT’S A BIGGER RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP ONE…OR ADOPT ON FOR THAT MATTER) parents, whom have been married close to 30 yrs. I paid a lot of attention to them, more so my mom because I knew someday I would have a spouse of my own one day. I am very confident on how a lady should be treated and cannot wait to meet the right Lady! ? Friends also mean a lot to me. And I have none…due to jealousy issues and/or insecurities from my partners. I am a sociable person and I wouldn’t ask u to give up your friends UNLESS it crossed boundaries.You have 2 choices in life. You can run, run, rush, rush and wonder what happened to your life or you can slow down a bit and RELAX! The second choice is totally me. Don’t get me wrong, I love doing things, but I also love and value a little bit of relax time as well.My interests are the outdoors, swimming, camping, cuddling, bowling, music, movies, goofing off, goofing off sometimes on the computer, and most of all, my handsome blue-eyed SON.My goal in life is NOT ONLY to find the lady that suits me, but to be the best FATHER ever. I am trying to keep my life as simple as possible. I am easy going and am looking for an easy going lady as well. I need someone who doesn't gripe a lot, but *** love and compassion.     .******my profile is new and under construction*** I keep on trying to work on this after a long day at work and...ugggg. I read it the next day and I might as well be drunk dialing. Well past the point of spell, grammar or too real check. Unfortunately, I don't see a great opening soon so.....try, try, again. I basically see myself as good (different than nice) man. Looking for a good (different than perfect) woman. I'm originally from NYC and just raised just outside in NJ. I've lived in 5 states and have dual citizenship in usa/france. I came here originally for in 01 and worked hotel front desk for 2 years. I moved back to NJ to be a caregiver for my mom the last 5 years of her life. I'm on a diet for the first time in about 11 years, it's partially for me and partially for work. Being a good cook and knowing how to read labels helps big time. To explain the headline I made the choice about 15 years ago to turn my life into one I was proud of. Being a *** or get off the pot" kind of guy when things are bad I try to turn lemons to lemonade. When things go good I try to loose myself in it. Afterwords I try to say "thanks" to ? and learn from both. To relate it to this site, i'm looking to share what I know, learn from you & have some new experiences together. I'd like to meet a wife but up for (almost) anything. The only relationship i'm not interested in is "just friends". I'm going in with an open mind, no expectations and have no problem taking things slow. I'm just asking for the same......well see in the morning if I should have tried tonight. Go somewhere to walk around and talk about the place we are, life, & each other at the same time (park, museum, sports event, festival, Mt. Find out wether we want anything to do with each other.
