For a long time now I've been focusing on my work and could often be found working on a project. However, I am looking to slow things down and focus on other interests. With everything going on I had to pass on my garden this summer, which makes me very sad. Now I won't get my beloved chocolate zucchini cake! I love getting out for a bike ride or a walk through the river valley whenever possible. As much as I like being active sometimes nothing beats relaxing and watch a movie or a documentary? I'm open to trying new things and mixing life up. While I can't say I'm an artsy person, I do enjoy going to museums and the symphony. I've recently picked up a guitar and while the learning process has been slow I'm looking forward to learning more. I like most styles of music but these days country is at the top of the list. While I have done a little traveling, I have only scratched the surface. Someone who is interested in seeing the world is a must. I like a simple first date. Something that allows us to talk. Maybe a coffee or a drink.
