Hi Ladies, Thanks for taking a moment to check out my profile. I'm a straightforward, reliable, guy looking for a quality lady to spend time with. I've been in the Wellness/Health field which means I emphasize positive lifestyle choices. This blends nicely with my love of basketball. I've done stand up comedy on more than one occasion. I'm a very "old school" type of person who is dedicated and loyal with no pretenses. I love women who are assertive and express themselves directly *** giving the pat/safe answer. At this point, I'm looking for a connection with an emphasis on "flow", how easily or effortlessly we move together. (I can explain further) If what I've said has tickled your fancy, drop me a line. Be well. I like to keep it simple and do things that allow us to truly get to know each other with no hidden agenda. The actual activity is secondary. The sooner we get to know each other, the sooner we find out if we're compatible, either as friends or mates. I like bookstores, lounges, and outdoor parks if weather permits. Nothing beats a splendid conversation chock full of smiles, stories, and laughs for one and all. Major bonus if you're willing to exercise :-)

I would like to say that I know myself and what I want out of life. I want a life that is open to options and I know exactly how to pull that life off, and I will get there. It's a plan that will take some time but it will be done. I know I'm being vague about it and that is intentional. I'd like to find someone that can support me in it or better yet has the same end goal.I am a devourer of books. Although I tend to read much about the sciences while on the internet I love reading fiction; being able to explore other viewpoints or ideas and see them in practice is a power that fiction has. Learning about the sciences makes the world weirder than I can even imagine. I love music.;I try to stay active, during the spring, summer, and fall I bike into my work. It isn't that far but it gets the exercise. There are moments biking in where I get that open feeling, like I've seen the morning for the first time again, and all I want to do is just keep biking and never punch in. It's also a great way to transition from work to not work. Other than that I enjoy hiking but don't get to do it as much as I want.I love animals but don't have any. Currently apartment living doesn't allow for it, that should change in a few years. My idea of a first date would just be coffee or drinks. This gives both of us the ability to figure out if we can hold a conversation and if we "click." It also gives time to learn more about each other and I can come up with a great second date from that.
