Hello, First I guess I should tell you why I am creating a dating profile. That is because I am tired of the same old bar scene, it was fun for a while but I've out grown it. I spend most of my free time relaxing at the house, spending time with friends, going to the lake, playing golf. With that being said, still haven't managed to find a girl to do that stuff with.I have quite a bit of free time, I only work 10 days a month. I work for the fire department and have for almost nine years. I really do have the greatest job in the world. That is where most of my friends are, it is more like an extension of my family. So if you are big into family, you will fit right in. I have just recently been attending a local church, for about a year now, and would like to become even more active in the church. I am trying to live more of a Christian lifestyle, so that would be important that you also be a Christian. If you are divorced, that is fine, I too have made a mistake. I don't have any children and am not against you having children. If you have a question, just ask and I will be honest with you.

Hmm. What say we cruise on my motorcycle up to Mount Bonnell with a clandestine bottle of wine and maybe a loaded vape. We'll climb up on the rafters and watch the sun go down. Then later we'll ride back down the hill and play some skee ball or pool with a few drinks. After that, we'll just see where it goes.

Don't worry, that was an attempt at humor. Just making fun of my social skills but I'm actually a descent conversationalist. I love meeting new people. People would probably describe me as energetic, funny, personable and easy-going. I've got a great job in IT at the U of M that I love. The people there are great as well and it also allows me ample opportunities for working out and flexing my schedule. I like to take care of myself, exercise regularly and try to eat as healthy as I can, as long as it tastes good. I play basketball and do yoga a few times per week. Lots of biking and hiking in the summer. I play in a football league in the fall and love to watch the NFL all season long.Recently, I've taken up an old hobby again - oil painting. It's so meditative, expressive and challenging. I love the freedom, the lack of guidelines, the subjectiveness and the absence of definitive answers. I also love movies, especially classics. Reading. Traveling...Send me a message if any of this sounds copacetic. My idea of a great first date wouldn't really be a date at all. It would be a casual, low key meeting for drinks and to get to know each other a little and talk and if that goes well then maybe a second, "real" date that's more formal.
