This always seems like the most difficult thing in the world because it seems like people really tend to favor going off first impressions more than anything so my approach is, has, and always will be keep it laxed! Something casual, coffee? drinks and apps? Get a feel for each other and just talk. Simply put, two people giving each other attention and seeing if their is chemistry and attraction! It's really not that difficult so why do we as humans make it so hard? I guess the answer to that varies on a case by case scenario but if you ask me it's because we al treat dating like playing a sport and everyone wants to come out a winner, so bring your A game, because I always do!
