We all just want someone to hold us. Someone who will take the time to get to know who we are, and love us for it. Loving the outdoors...enjoying a good book...loving the movies... Finding commonalities between two people in hopes of finding that connection. All of us running around in circles, judging, playing. Meeting someone, looking into their eyes, and all that melts away. When love in born it doesn't matter what your issues are, how different your interests may be, your past, where your life was headed, because now it is headed in a new direction. Most people are looking at all of this all wrong. Love isn't brains children, it's blood. Blood screaming inside you to work its will. Most won't even go for it... Maybe you can find yourself a nice antique rocking chair to die in. Meet everyone you can. Why not? They said the wrong thing? Or didn't say the right thing? Take chances. To get it all we must be willing to risk it all. It's unexpected, it's two people meeting on a whim and feeling compelled to stay together even if they have nothing in common. It's not having control...falling... True love is all that is still beautiful in this world. Why do so many settle for so much less... Because at the end of the day we just want to be held. It completely depends on who I'm with and the circumstances we're in.
