I don't see it as a conversation starter, I put the picture up because it is one of very few pictures I happen to like of myself. If you feel the need to make a comment but have no intention of actually getting to know me, of finding out about me, don't bother. This isn't face book and I have no interest in reading comments. If you believe in the whole equality thing for women, great. This means you are fully capable of sending a guy a message too.
