The Gods have definitely been in my favor. So far, I have really enjoyed my time here though I would like to start fishing, scuba diving, and meeting new people (hence this website). Trying to balance these hobbies with work and soon Grad school will be a challenge, but I suppose I am up for it. Not quite sure what to expect from these online dating sites. I have never tried anything like this, but since I am new to the area I thought this might be a nice way to meet people. I have never been the type of guy that attempts to pick up girls at a bar and besides the whole bar scene has definitely lost its luster. I enjoy meeting a person and getting to know them on a personal level (pretty hard to do at a club or bar...). The best thing about any new relationship (i.e. friendship) is getting to know a new person. To be honest, I am not quite sure what else to say.
