I am a huge family man and have the two most awesome and adorable nieces in the world.In the past year and a half I have lost over 120lbs thanks to my love of CrossFit and Running. I am currently a retail services manager however I plan on moving into a career that incorporates my love for health and fitness once I achieve my optimal fitness goals. When I am not doing CrossFit you will probably find me doing something else active like mountain biking or doing mud runs. Really anything active or outdoors. I am always ready to try new things and meet new people.
