I'm originally from Cumbria so I like to visit the family up north whenever I get the opportunity.I’m a Multimedia Designer by day so I enjoy being creative. When I'm not stuck behind a desk I like to be active to burn off the excess calories from eating too much cake :o) I’m a bit rubbish at sports that require any kind of skill or hand-eye coordination so I stick to things like cycling, gym and running where I can’t go too wrong.’s nice and eating in country pubs. My most recent hobby is indoor climbing, although I'm not very good at that yet.I'm a bit of a film fan. I'll watch most types of films - even romantic comedies occasionally ;o***but 80s films are a bit of a guilty pleasure.Dick.I consider myself to be friendly, down-to-earth, trustworthy, reliable and genuine.I'm not necessarily looking to meet somebody who has the exact same likes and interests as me. I'd just like to meet somebody that I can enjoy spending time with and hopefully lead to a meaningful relationship. Anywhere without loud music so we can hear each other speak :o)

Welcome.Lets cut to the chase, we both know why were here! Nothing seedy of course...I'm active, but not much of a gym buddy - I'd rather run through streets than at a brickwall by treadmill anyday. Open-water swimming's my most recently acquired passtime, and did a stretch of the Thames in October. One of the best feelings in the world is to be gliding through fresh powder or getting monster(ish) air, so if you snowboard (or ski I suppose) its a bonus.I do also like being warm, so this is how I target my holidays. My brother lives in the Caribbean which helps...I live on my own (+dog) but am in the process of building an extension to my flat. This is probably the most grown-up (and stressful) thing I've ever done, but as i'll soon have another bedroom if we dont end up heading towards a happy-ever-after I could still extend the offer of tenancy ;)I plough my time into my work, but also like to make the most of a weekend. Camping, city break, catching up with old friends are all appealing. I cant really surf so perhaps a trip to the coast would be a good start in the near future.Beware, I'm quite a stubborn person, which I quite like as it gives me focus and determination, but can make me frustrating. Any girl who can put me in my place on the pool table, bowling or in an argument is a must.So if the thought of actually meeting somebody you've met on the internet appeals, drop me a message and I look forward to meeting you!
