hello I'm new to the area I'm going to try this site one more time I was only on here for a couple days and I deleted my profile. I am very much into my health at this point of my life and you should be too or at least striving to aka going to gym eating right taking care of yourself. If you are 400lbs we probably wont have a lot to talk about. I would howerver if you want to improve yourself to show you things i have done to help myself get healthier.
