Firstly, my intent is to date but nothing to serious. But also willing to have a relationship if it works out great.I used to be a competitive snowboarder for 15 years. It is still a very fun sport I like to do. But now I'm taking a new direction in life to further the strong passion i have now for motorcycles. I love to tinker with Motorcycles, mechanically/cosmetically/electrical. Pretty much anything to do with a motorcycle. I've owned 3 bikes since i started this new passion of mine, and it has been great. Im going to school for small engines, not just to further my motorcycle knowledge. But to make it a career as a mechanic or a custom work shop modifier. As of right now my priorities are set in stone, so i wont be changing where I'am, and where i'm going.I tend to be Romantic, and filled with surprises(in a relationship). Its something I truly like to do. I enjoy making people smile and laugh. I make an effort to making sure my significant other is happy and smiling. I like to live and experience new and exciting things. Like travelling to a city I've never been to, or waterfalls that are hidden from the public(Lavender Falls, i suggest you look it up)I'm very forgiving, and always like to hear both sides of the story to fully understand in any situation. I like any kind of music, its very rare for me listening to country music. But I'm open to listening to different types of music.My humour is definitely all over the map, from ironical to situational. With a little hint of darkness.I will be attending Georgian college in the next year or 2. So if you see me, say HELLO!. -first thing that pops to mind, and go do it!-first date would definitely be something i would want to teach like ride a motorcycle, snowboarding, anything like that. Then go out for a nice dinner and play 21 questions. If things click, and a little Truth or Dare to spice things up.

    I am going to try to give an honest assessment of myself. I won't try to avoid the bad things, because they are bound to come out in the end.I am a bit of a nerd. Not the science-fiction, video-game sort. I guess I try to be an intellectual, and I don't think I am a total failure at that. I am working on a PhD, and I read a lot, write a lot, and generally try to understand how the world works. 1. I have ideas and opinions about many things, but I believe that being convinced I am wrong about something is not a sign of weakness. Although you are welcome to try to change my mind about that.2. I find that I can talk to some people for hours on end, and others I can't make a conversation last 5 minutes. I have no idea how to predict whether someone will fit in either category.3. I pretty much never get angry. As with most traits, this is a great asset to have as well a great weakness.4. I like to talk about things on an intelligent level. I study economics, so I tend to have a pragmatic/rational approach to philosophy, politics, world issues, etc. I love to talk about anything, particularly with people who disagree with me entirely.5. I believe there is not such thing as evil. It exists only in the way darkness or cold exist; it is an absence.6. I believe you can earnestly, sincerely, and with all your heart not have a strong opinion about something or believe in a middle ground. Being passionate or interested in something does not have to mean advocating an extreme.7. I tend to be the person people take their problems to. I think this is because I don't respond with platitudes.8. I believe it is OK to go to a movie alone.9. I am rarely scared, except of squid and octopi, which terrify me.10. I am very loyal. This can allow people to take advantage of me, but I choose this over being cynical.11. I believe the Leafs will win the cup soon.I am not really sure what I am looking for, anything from friends to dating to a reasonably serious relationship, but not a one-night-stand. Also, I have never ever been able to describe what I look for in a date. Completely opposite characteristics can be really awesome on different people. If I tried to describe the sort of person I am looking to meet I would end up eliminating others, who I might rather meet. None of this means I don't know what I am looking for in life. I am a grad student, but I am decently funded from school and have some savings, so I am not broke. In some ways I feel it is tacky to put this, but I can see how some people might legitimately want to know this, and feel they shouldn't bring it up. So there it is, not rich (yet), not broke.Ask if you want to know anything else. I like to wander and chat. I also am fine with things like coffee or drinks. It seems like those are essentially just facades for having a conversation, but if someone really enjoys cafes or pubs, I do too.But I also do like to let the date decide what to do. As long as it is not something like a club or a movie, where we are likely to not notice who we are there with, I am fairly indifferent, so if the date has a preference, I would rather go along with that.
