About Me

I'm looking for some one to ride shot gun and tell me to speed up not slow down, some one who would prefer to take the long way not the short cuts.I listen to almost all music except screamo . I do most of my cloths shopping at Cabelas if you asked me my fav colour it would be camo. I don't do bars I enjoy pubs so I can hear you or maybe even talk. I social drink with friends not big on the club scene but will go if I'm in the right mood I would say I'm very random, active, relaxed ill be late for my own funeral. I enjoy the simple things in life I am not high maintenance but I do like nice things and try to keep them that way as long as possible. Ill drive 40 mins out of town just to see the dust fly in my rear view mirror on some old dirt road. I try to go out fishing or hiking at least once a week .I enjoy eating wild game I don't buy fish from the super market, I plan to buy a home near wabamun lake next year with a little land to grow my own veggies and hunt. I work very hard and will work as many hours available to me as possible.     I just finished and got my degree from the U of A. I am waiting to get a job in my chosen field, but in the meantime I am working a professional job to pay the bills and keep some spending money in my pocket. Grad school and working on my Masters is also in the near future. I like staying active and being fit. I work out in order to stay healthy, I would rather be doing many other things than being at the gym, but I want to live a healthy lifestyle. I stay active to feel good, not to try and look good, I am not into the whole GTL thing. I also enjoy baseball and was fortunate enough to get to play at a high level. I also have had the opportunity to work for a few pro sports teams (baseball mostly) and those were definitely some fun and interesting experiences. I am big into sports in general.I also like movies and hanging out with friends and family. I like history and enjoy staying up to date with politics. I recently got into traveling and cannot wait to be able to get out and see more of the world. I also enjoy reading and learning about new things. Guitar is another fun thing I enjoy as well as building/fixing things with tools. I have been fortunate enough to have the opportunity to do volunteering with kids and teens and really it does not seem like volunteering because it is a blast. I am the type of person that if I have $10 dollars, I would rather donate/spend or use $5 on someone else.I am old fashion and believe in opening doors and pulling out chairs for a lady. I prefer to be the nice guy, even if they do finish last. Flowers are always a nice touch as well. I believe you take care of your lady, give her attention she deserves and make her feel special, but with that being said I am definitely not clingy and believe in a girl having girls nights with her friends and I get out at least once a week to play hockey with the boys.I like to use humor and joke around cause life is more fun when your laughing!! I truly believe in the power of positive thinking. Why count and focus on your problems when you can enjoy and make the most of your blessings. Life is too short to waste being unhappy so I try to alway make the most being happy each day. I am a very happy and positive person and just enjoy everyday and all the opportunities life has to offer. Something fun that makes you feel like you are in the third grade on a field trip. Maybe something sports related like mini golf or BATTING CAGES!! Coffee, a drink or a meal works too.
