About Me

Well what to say. I'm not very good at the textile description but I'll give it a shot. I believe in getting to know people though actual conversation and questions rather than reading a description. That being said I should put something down so that it might peek some ones interest lol. I'm pretty busy all the time. I work a lot, and am currently changing my career. I will admit, I'm in my natural element with a controller in my hand. I'm a bit of a game nut and if you can game like I can, well damn, we should play sometime. I don't really watch TV anymore, but I do have my shows I enjoy. Sons of Anarchy, Madmen, The Walking Dead of course, Breaking Bad, Hell on Wheels, and really any cartoon. Yup I'm the 29 year old who would rather watch cartoons *** some of the stuff on TV nowadays. Did I just use nowadays? Music is pretty all over the place. I like a little of everything but my favs are Metal, Classical, and old school hip hop. My family and friends are very important to me and they come first even before myself. I try to help them whenever I can, or when is needed, which usually ends up putting my stuff on hold. I'm a big animal lover, unfortunately I don't have any pets anymore, but wanting to go the SPCA and get myself a dog. I like to get out to a pub at least once a week to play pool it time permits it. I do like to get outdoors to play sports if I can get enough people together. Camping is one of my favorites in the summer, yet again, when I can get enough people together. I enjoy playing paintball too. Sitting back and drawing or painting captures my attention too, but I'm very picky about showing people my work. I don't take criticism of it very well lol. I love to cook but seem to be unable to cook for one, so I end up having tons of leftovers. I'm always being sarcastic, well not always but a good portion of the time. I get myself into trouble now and again with being a bit of a joker. I'm always making jokes. I'm pretty easy to get along with and I love to make people laugh and let them be themselves. Putting on a show for people gets old quick. I am willing to try anything once, whether its going snowshoeing, eating chocolate covered bugs, or hopefully soon skydiving next summer. I don't have kids but I'd like to think I'm pretty good with them. Guess its the fact I am kind of a big kid at heart. I believe in being open and honest with people, I don't enjoy a lot of drama. But if you would like to know anything just shoot me a message, I don't really hide anything or hold anything back unless its too personal a question or, to be blunt a stupid question that doesn't warrant an answer. I will say that a woman that has ink is a big thing with me. Not that I don't like it, quite the opposite actually. If I could make up my mind as to what I want done on myself I would have alot more. But that's besides the point I guess. Well, maybe I'll hear from you, maybe I wont. It is what it is. Maybe start with a coffee and a walk and progress into a movie or an evening of Mortal Kombat matches with some silliness mixed in, or even just a beer and a game of pool.

    I'm a person who can enjoy both relaxed & more active events. I get a ton of enjoyment out of playing hard, whether that be a team sport (Any kind of Hockey, Soccer, Paintball), a group adventure/hike or something not quite as intense.     Alright, here goes... A little about myself to start off. I was born and raised in Calgary, but don't worry, I'm not going to give you that tired old line about how people born and raised here are so few and far between.... It's been a big city for a while haha! I am pretty outgoing and social. I am definitely that caring, loving nice guy that so many of you seem to think doesn't exist, and I will always treat you the best I know how. I work as an electrical engineer for a construction company, and have always loved working with my hands; I definitely prefer field work, although being in the office has it's perks as well. I currently work as a lead estimator for new projects, but that could change at almost any minute with the company I work for. As far as spare time goes, I love being outdoors. Skiing is huge for me (I used to compete and coach freestyle moguls and halfpipe) so it's pretty clutch that any woman I date be able to keep up on the slopes. That being said I would love to teach the right girl how to shred. And don't worry, I am a patient teacher. I grew up playing blues guitar, and still love to play. I've gotten into climbing quite a bit in the last year or so as well, and love to run outside, go hiking, camping, hunting, offroading and wouldn't mind trying out fishing. I'm also very passionate about cars and love working on and modifying mine and my friends cars/trucks. All of that fun stuff aside, I am not always on the go. I work hard, and I play hard, and along with those sometimes i like to relax.... HAAARD! Hahaha! I love sleeping in on the weekend, beers on a sunny patio, lazy cups of coffee on a fresh sunny morning, and everything in between. Sometimes it's important to just slow down and let your mind work things out for itself. I would love to meet YOU for a coffee, drinks, dinner, or something fun and active. See you soon! Dinner and a couple drinks, on a sunny patio if in summer, somewhere warm quiet and comfortable if its cold out. Either way, it should be somewhere we can chat and get to know each other.
