About Me

I am thinking I should probably shorten this, i really doubt there are many people who are reading this whole thing, but I suppose I will just leave it up and whoever cares to read it can. I am currently working as a tech/security at a psych hospital while going back to school for my nursing degree, my first degree is not helping much in the current job market. I spend most of my free time on my piano or on my bass but do enjoy going out when I dont have work or school, i work second shift ***and go to school in the morning so there is not much time to go out when I'm working. I very much enjoy body modification, tattoos and piercing and such, i have my ears, toung, nose and nipples done and 4 tats on my shoulders and chest so far, planning for more tats in the future but still finalizing what I want and saving the money for them also. I also enjoy just about anything with cars, repairs, modifications, whatever. I like to work on my own with what little free time I seem to have. Music wise i mostly listen to what would be reffered to as "punk rock" or possibly alternative under a general category but also enjoy going out to see live theatre and musicals but I dont tend to jam out to that sort of thing in the car. I bought a house a few years back and totally enjoying my part of the first time home buyers stimuls package but alas now spending more time tending to homeowner issues. Perhaps the only reason they gave out that stimulus package was so people could fix all the crap that broke in their house after they bought it :-/ On a first date I always like to go some place where we can actually sit and talk and get to know one another. Movies always make a horrible first date, sitting in silence next to someone is not the best way to get to know them or so I believe. Hookah lounges are usually good if someone smokes because the majority of the time you are simply sitting and talking and finding out if the person you are spending time with is someone you want to spend more time with which in essence is the goal of a first date. Dinner and or coffee shops also work well for the same reason, yes the meal or drinks are there too but most of the time is spent talking. I always hesitate to say bars but past 10:30 there are few places left to sit and talk so bars seem to be a necessity.
