About Me

So I am in my fifth year as an elementary school teacher and I am also in a program for a CAGS in ed. leadership. I'm on this site because I'm looking for a new way to meet people. I am often very busy with my job as a 6th grade teacher, but I love it and I couldn't be happier professionally. I have worked with some great students who have changed me as a person. I am very driven to be the best teacher I can be. On the personal side, I love spending time with my friends and family most of all. My hobbies in my spare time include hiking, traveling, reading, writing, listening to music, playing guitar, going out to sporting events and concerts, playing pick up sports, bike riding, and heading to the beach in the summer. I'm looking for a girl who is laid back and shares my sense of humor and some of my interests. Someone who enjoys going out but also likes to stay in and do something simple like watch a movie or play a board game. A girl who is intellectual, funny, and can hold a good conversation is a huge plus. Someone who is mature, goal-oriented, and has her priorities in order are really important to me as well.
