About Me

I'm really into bicycling, laughing, music, cooking, and going to festivals. I go to a couple festivals a year, almost exclusively burning man events. I have a passion for good beer and delicious food and would love to meet someone to share these passions with! I also am a pretty big gamer, mostly PC games but I do play PS3 as well. In my free time I like to relax at home with some friends and have a few beers, play a game, talk, and make food. I'm pretty good at making people laugh. I'm a big fan of intellectual conversations and can get worked up about things if I feel they are important to me. I am laid back but hard working and I am proud of being independent. Money is not as important to me as loving what you do. My career goal is to run my own catering business. I have sort of an abrasive taste in music, leaning heavily towards metal. Someone who has poor taste in music is a big turn off for me. If your description of a good song is that it is 'catchy', we will probably not get along in that sense.

It makes sense to do something fun and out of the ordinary that still permits the ability to communicate with one another since the whole point of a first date is to have the chance to discover if you have genuine interest in each other.     I'm an entrepreneurship major at UNCG and I work 2 part time jobs. It's exhausting, but I'm maintaining. I toured the world in a relatively successful band for 3 years and I'm ready to be a grown up. The fast life is not the life for me (I'm in a folk band now).
