I like long walks on the beach at sunset, followed by a candle-lit dinner, then maybe a good book before a cuddle session, next to a crackling fire.But really, I think I'm an ok guy. Not sure what I want completely -depends on who I meet. I like to have a lot of fun, but am definitely not a player. I'm quite unconventional. A mix of artist and athletic.I love comedy, art, outdoors, sports, animals, and especially NATURE. I am not religious but am quite spiritual and believe that all living things are beautifully connected. I'm currently working on becoming a licensed architect, but am ultimately looking for a career as an fine artist. I prefer the freedom that art generally inspires or associates with. My style is classical relief sculpture, with a visual abstraction (difficult to explain).Been blessed with many crazy life experiences -some good, some not so much, but have learned to always take the positives from them.     So I'm new to this whole online dating thing. A friend recommended it to me and I'm still a bit weary, but hey, let's give it a shot, right? One thing that you can't help but wonder is how honest people are on here. It reminds me of "I love you, man" when the main character is trying to find a friend and goes to a matchmaking site and the guy he ends up meeting is 70 years old. Anyway, I'll try to be brutally honest here and see where it gets me. When it comes to the physicality of myself, I'm kind of like the stock market. For the most part, I like to stay in and watch movies, TV shows, or invite a few friends over and have some beers; nothing too crazy. Sure, every once in a while I get a stick up my a... rear end... and want to paint the town red, but nowhere near as much as I did back in the day. So, my idea of a perfect woman... well one that keeps me on my toes, makes me laugh, and is someone I can confide in. She has to love herself, because I don't fully believe that someone can fall for another person without falling for themselves first. I would like someone with her head on her shoulders, someone who has goals, and someone who knows what she wants (that's one person with those three characteristics, not three different people). I joke around a lot but I think picking the right partner is a big deal and you should never settle. I don't know if you'd call it picky, but once you meet that person, I truly think you'll feel it in your soul in the first couple minutes of meeting them.
