If you don't interpret the above headline as a joke, you either, 1.) are likely not old enough to know who Nada Surf is, or 2.) you take yourself entirely too seriously. Anyway, on to the task of telling you about me. I'm grateful for a lot, because I have a lot. I work a lot because I love what I do, and it's endlessly interesting. I seem to be easily motivated to stay in the gym (at least comparatively), and do it regularly. But, otherwise, I'm constantly occupying myself with one or another "new" hobby, whether it's traveling to some unknown corner of the backwoods or the world, clutching onto some steep face, cruising along the coast on a dinghy (e.g., sailing), or throwing back some beers with old/new friends. And I loves me a good, wild time. Trust me, although I'm comfortable living this decorated life on my own, I'm clearly predicting that it could be way better with someone amazing. I'm hoping that's you; just one more thing I can be grateful for. It's funny that I hear people complain about this "being a hookup site," and yet I get tons of messages that say, "hey," or "wats up" (sic). If you aren't just trying to chat people up, how about taking some time to get to know somebody or to be thoughtful about what you're writing? And maybe write a profile of your own? Seriously, what else could be a reason that you're on this thing if you don't even write a profile??

I work in Theatre. That's the simplest explanation of me possible. Keep reading if that doesn't scare you. :-)I'm somewhere between a theater geek and a band geek who daydreams about being a film student. If I hadn't become so absorbed in theatre, I think my interests would have gone down the path of the sci-fi/comic book/cosplay route... but I missed that train long ago. Theatre is pretty much my life.I'm liberal and politically minded, yet I stopped caring so much about politics after pouring my heart and soul into Hillary's ***campaign. I try not to let my political views define me as a person anymore. Though, based on the posts I find myself sharing on ***, I'm starting to think I identify best as a feminist. Though, calling myself a feminist tends to receive more laughter than intelligent conversation *shrug*I work as a theater House Manager, and share my time between a few different theaters in the area doing all sorts of different jobs; all dealing with getting the audience seated so the show can start on time. "Actor" and "Singer" are also titles that describe me, though they don't pay the bills as much as I'd like them to. Oh... and I host trivia at bars from time to time. I'm an entertainer. Dinner and a show... maybe drinks after.Or... just coffee. I'm low maintenance. :-)
