After several long years of living the typical computer geek lifestyle (see: no exercise, no hobbies), I made ***a year of improvements. Some weight loss, a healthier lifestyle, I'm loving it all now. I climb mountains, recently ran Tough Mudder (and loved every minute of it, possibly except for the electric shocks!), and cycle everywhere.
