"Mother Mary comes to me. Speaking words of wisdom. Let it be"= one of the most poignant songs of all time. Thanks for stopping at my page, but be forewarned, as I have used this site before without much success, I've decided to lay a few of my cards on the table by creating a more thorough description of myself, so If I message you, you'll get a much clearer picture of who I am and whether I would be someone you would like to get to know a bit more, based on my profile. Here goes nothing I'm 27 years old and I love my job. I work in shipping/delivery at a warehouse, though it doesn't sound as glamorous as a neurosurgeon or rocket scientist, I truly love what I do. Although, it's not what I want to devout my life to as a career. Emergency medicine is the route I want to take in the next few years, with the end goal being certification as an EMT-A. I already have my EMR certification, and have been blessed to be able to go on a few ride-alongs with Actual Paramedics. Those Experiences, have been nothing short of mind blowingly awesome!!On weekends I volunteer at the Cross Cancer *** The Royal Alexandra Hospital. I've been a patient at the RAH before, so I can relate to the experience of being on that side of the spectrum. At the CCI, I've met many friends, and have also had to say goodbye on many occasions. Each Person I have met over the the years, has made an impact on my life. And I can honestly say, that I would not be the man I am today if not for these experiences. When I volunteer,I sometimes push them around the hospital, or if they want, outside. But one of the most powerful tools that almost every person wants me to utilize, is conversation. Talking to someone, really is therapy unto itself. I also try and spend as much time as possible with my niece and two nephews.Listening to music isn't my only "Musical Hobby", as I love to compose myself. I also used to play bass guitar in a Beatle's tribute group. But with a shaven head, *** a moptop hairdo, It never goes over well with Beatlemaniacs. And with a wig on, I looked like a muppet reject.I call myself a "Cagnostic", as I consider myself both a Catholic and an agnostic. I go to church on occasion, and pray every now and again, but I have no idea if God, or some higher intelligence exists. I'd like to think one does, but I'm on the fence about it, even though I fully support Gay rights, am Pro choice, and essentially hold a more liberal world view than my Catholic Cohorts. As for Movies, I love everything. But The Crow is probably my most favorite film of all time.! Titanic is a close second, not for the fictional love story, but the true life characters throughout the film. I highly recommend the film "DeadFall", as it is without a doubt, one of the most unintentually funny films of all time. As a whacked out coke head, Nicholas Cage is so awful, it's hilarious.Reading wise, I love true crime books. I'm also big on music, or movie trivia books.I haven't had many relationships in my life, But I was brought up with great morals and Know how to treat someone I care, special. Actions speak louder than words. I'm not perfect, but I'm not a "player" either. In my opinion, a good relationship starts with a good friendship. If you've read all of this, and are STILL interested in getting to know me a bit more, You've won a free coffee. Maybe that's too far But maybe not!! Have a pleasent day and good luck in love!! :) A first date description is a bit too far into the future. Let's meet over coffee, or tea, water. And chat in person. If there is a mutual chemistry, then a first date would follow. With a first date, it would have to be something fun, yet allow the two of us to communicate. Laser tag? Besides the running and screaming through the fake fog, while trying to shoot one another, you can find some ways to communicate right? If not, Dinner afterwards would do the trick. Or maybe before the Laser gunfight. Hmmmmm.
