I'm an artist in the truest since of the word. I've been a professional guitarist whose toured the world, an art gallery owner, a life long writer of fiction, and an amateur film maker. I'm an English major that is soon to be continuing into a Masters in Ancient Lit. Needless to say, I'm an audio, biblio, and cinephile.I love (and play) jazz and soul music. I pretty much like all genres with the notable exception of hip-hop.-fiction – especially history and biography. When it comes to the cinema, I am more snobbish. I like art films from all genres, and have a special affinity toward silent films from the teens and twenties. I'm pretty open minded, I just don't get into big budget special effects nightmares, piss and fart joke comedies, and sappy romances.I'm tired of the run around and mindgames of dating. I haven't been single in a long time and find the dating world to be a bit nightmarish at times. I just want someone who talks straight and says what she means.
