I like to cook, and lately I have been missing having someone to chat with over a pot of cooking pasta. I think in many ways, how people cook is a reflection of who they are in their everyday life. Some follow recipes to the letter, intent on having their pot roast come out just like the one on the cover of some grocery stand magazine.
