At very least I'll be closer to my profession "Being Nice to People" although more specifically it's helping people over the phone in regards to banking. I am an honest individual who like to have fun even at my own expense as I tend to be self deprecating yet that is not to be confused with a lack of confidence.I enjoy discussing all forms of media and entertainment (film, tv, music) with people who share that interest. I'm also very much into basketball and NFL football more than other sports, but love routing with a friend for their team of choice when it comes to baseball.I'd like to meet someone who is active and will get me trick or trotting about on adventures and fun activities whether that just means getting outside and hiking or just hitting a bucket of balls at the golf range. I tend to take the time to immerse myself in the interests of friends with different hobbies and draw upon their knowledge to further my appreciation. I feel it's more interesting to know someone with all the questions than all the answers and while I do enjoy sharing my opinions it's done with a respectful honesty regardless of how different they may be.I am always somewhere between the front and back cover of a book and appreciate any recommendations regardless of genre, reading level or gender stereotypes that may leave you to think I wouldn't have interest because I am an open minded enough to recognize a good story. Whether it's getting coffee or a meal, perusing a book store, or enjoying a walk when the weather is pleasant it depends on the person I'm with, but it should provide us with a chance to have a conversation and see what interests we may share.

    I was in the Navy for 6 years and got out in ***, and decided to stay in the area. I spent the first year out of the Navy scrambling around like a mad man trying to find work and a sense of belonging. I tried on a few different careers and found out what I didn't want for my life. Insurance sales is so boring and most companies want you to lie to people, so I bounced. I have landed firmly on my feet and I am currently a massage practitioner in training. (If you haven't heard of it, look it up, unless you don't like to travel then just keep reading). I love what I do now, and I am really good at it. I am confident in who I am, so if you are not then we can still be friends but nothing more. That being said, I'm not here expecting to find something serious. Most of the time I have found that what I am looking for finds me, rather than the other way around. I have clear intentions, which is friendship first and then we will see. If I wanted just one night with you, then Id go to a bar, or some other place that entices us both to make poor decisions. I have noticed that so many ladies talk about not wanting a man that is just here for intimate encounters, or some variation of that statement, so I am going to address some issues in hopes to weed out some of the nonsense. Dating websites are aesthetic, which means we are all going to be a little shallow, or a lot of shallow at times. I find it amusing that so many ladies feel the need to say things like "if you are only here for sex then keep on looking" (I can even see the finger *** shake). You took the time to fill out and peruse a "dating" website. Which means you have needs that aren't being met in some way or another. You may be lonely, have trouble finding the "right" guy, just wanted to try something new, or "your friends put you up to it". Either way anyone who has been in a long term relationship (which a lot of you ladies seem to want) probably found out that sex is a HUGE component to keeping your relationship successful, rewarding, and getting that long lasting romance that you read about in all those fairy tales. The problem isn't wanting sex, the problem is not being emotionally mature enough to handle the responsibility of having a sexual relationship. It takes communication, (I know, crazy concept right). I didn't come here to find sex, but I'm honest enough with myself (and I hope you are too) to know that if we aren't highly compatible in the bedroom then anything more than friendship isn't going to last. Music is my life, I have degrees in audio engineering and I write music, lyrics, and play the guitar and piano. I'm trying to learn the violin, but that sh*tis hard. Should've started when I was 3. I am new to the area, but I am going to be performing soon. I make hip hop primarily, and I am proud to be a conscious rapper. If you are into that kind of music then check out my sound cloud for a sampling of the music I make. I also write the singer/songwriter guitar/vocalist music too, but hip hop gives me the chance to push more envelopes and its syllable rhythm is way more fun to perform. I sing in the shower, in the car, at work, walking around town, and had a few dreams where I was jamming out too. I'm also writing for two websites, and writing a book, so most if not all of my free time is spent doing the things I love. I own a jeep, so I try to get out and get it dirty as much as I can.
