Hi I'm Richard...This is a bit like writing some kind of warped CV.... I work in media and love writing both professionally and for fun. Started off writing for football websites and have also done some standup comedy... would like to write a book but who has the time for it? Just keep that in mind... :)All the best! :) Well, I was thinking a skydive wedding followed by paintballing on a frozen lake but then I remembered that that would be ****ing mental... maybe a bottle of something... if things go well, I've been known to dance, badly.Always thought the zoo would be a good place for a date too, until you catch a chimp knocking one out and flinging faeces at the glass. Date = killed.

Don’t worry; I'm not really mad, I have a certificate to prove it! Admittedly it's home made, but I think it still counts. I’m James. I used to be a northerner but moved down south after graduating because that’s where all the fun jobs seem to be. I’m not going to try and describe myself with the usual string of adjectives. I’m far too modest for that and it just makes me cringe when I try. I’m a big fan of photography. Never let me take you to a zoo, I’ll insist on stopping to swap lenses every 5 minutes and drive you mad. I think this stems from an unfulfilled desire to become a professional wildlife photographer. I prefer to play sports than watch them; usually badminton / tennis / rounders. I’d love to give curling a try one day though. I’m a bit of a film buff and will watch most things from low budget monster movies to classy foreign films, although I do have a habit of falling asleep in action films. I love listening to music and my musical tastes lie towards the indie/folky end of the spectrum. Julius Caesar said that you'll find your greatest enemy in the last place you'd ever think to look. I like to believe that he was talking about ...ourselves.I've been in this site for a while, and I've learnt that the 'shopping list' mentality doesn't work.I would describe myself as kind, caring and open-minded. I've learnt that my dry sense of humour doesn't translate too well online, so I'm keeping it firmly in check here.
