Decided to rewrite this thing for the millionth time.I'm Ed and I have serious doubts about this site as of late. I'm very particular about the people I associate with and rarely tend to send messages back unless the person has something interesting to say and on the same token I won't send messages out unless I see something interesting about someone. That's more of less a quote from a girl I dated for a very long time and sadly, I feel it fits a little too well. I'm generally rather quiet upon first meeting and can come off a bit rigid, its my defense mechanism (I guess), I tend to observe whatever situation I'm in for a short time before I can comfortably react to it. I've been getting better at not being 'weird' for extended periods but hell, I like being f-ing weird but I guess thats why I don't get many dates. *** me:I have a deep love for body mods be they tattoos or piercings but I don't condone holes the size of dinner plates in your ears, that's kind of gross. 'Your body is a temple' That's a code I live by and I've yet to see a temple in any religion without beautiful art within it and upon it. I love to laugh and make other people laugh although you may not tell it from actually meeting me. I have a very intense look about me 90% of the time but its just half the crap running through my head is not for 'proper company' if you get my drift. I'm a huge nerd and I love playing video games, board games, pen and paper RPGs, and watch Sci-fi films and horror movies. I'm not your average nerd because I like to go out and enjoy the weather whenever I can and go on drives to unknown destination just to see what I can find. I work out once or 2x a week but not to get all big and muscly but to keep in shape. I'm also the most confident person you'll ever meet but I'm shy as hell. Yup, im an odd one but if you read this far, that should be obvious.What I want:I just want a woman that's in decent shape, shares at least a few things in common with me and can actually likes me for me and vice-versa. If you can't spell or tlak liek dis al teh tiem, you should probably get off my profile and go your ass back to school. As I said before I love tattoos and piercings but within reason. I don't dig face tats or massive gauges. I like girls with glasses, I have no idea why I just do. I used to smoke so even though I'm a non-smoker I could care less if you smoke and I swear to you, I won't be all high and mighty about it, people do what people do.Music:I listen to mostly rock and metal but my musical collection is pretty much everywhere but I dislike country, there are a few songs I'll admit to enjoying but they are older songs and done by amazing artists such as Johnny Cash.End game:I think I pretty much put out there everything I think is relevant but this is only the tip of the iceberg and there's a great deal about me I'd love to tell you once we start to talk so I sincerely hope someone who's reading this is right. For a first date, It really depends on the person as to what we could go do. Could just go get some food at a Coney or Denny's, or we could end up shooting pool or even playing mini-golf maybe even catch a concert. Whatever is comfortable.

I grew up in a great, down-to-earth family.. which I am very thankful for. I love all kinds of music especially country, classic rock and rap. I'm always ready to try something new. I try to keep an overall positive outlook on life, and I like having a good time, no matter what I'm doing. I give respect to receive respect. I don't judge people, and accept people for who they are. I get along with a very wide varitey of people. I'm very caring, understanding and try my best to follow the Golden Rule. Everyone and their mother claims they "don't get into drama" which is complete bullshit. Everybody enjoys a little drama and gossip, just some more than others lol. With that being said, I have a very low tolerance for bullish- and can smell it a mile away. I wont go along with any nonsense just to play-the-game so to speak... even if it works in my favor. I refuse to jump on the bandwagon. Chances are I will take one for the team and go against what everyone says even if I agree. Yup I'm that guy... There are two sides to every story. and if you aren‘t telling both sides I don‘t even want to hear it. I am a strait shooter and feel it is much easier and in peoples own favor to be honest, especially with yourself. I am confident with who I am, and I carry myself like a gentleman. I sometimes come off as co cky because I am very outgoing and sure of myself. I also have insecurities just like the next person. I consider myself spiritual rather than religious. I am not a bible thumper, and my relationship with God is personal. I consider myself a Christian because it is the backbone of my beliefs.I am on here so I can meet people that I wouldn't ordinarily meet. I absolutely go with the flow when it comes to dating and am in no rush to settle down. I am not a player, I don't cheat and I try my best not to sleep around. LMAO That is funny, but I don't sleep around. I have standards when it comes to the kind of ladies I am attracted to just like everybody else, but everybody is unique and I think all different types of ladies can be attractive. I for sure don't ask my buddies if they approve nor do I give a damn what anybody’s opinion is on the girls I date. I'm an open person for the most part, but relationships are personal and I think they should be handled one on one without the aide of all the homies and home girls lol. I try to be mature lol and already have the utmost respect towards girls when it's time to be serious, even though I do joke around a lot and maybe take it to far sometimes :-/ Communication is very important for me.
