I think that would be a cool bonding experience! I mean, unless of course you're scared. Are you scared? I think drinks are a good idea on a first date just to help both people relax a bit. I've been skydiving and the adrenaline rush almost made me feel drunk, so it might work in the same way... afterward I could probably get you to say at least one thing you wouldn't usually on a first date!
