Hey - I'm Ben. I'm a somewhat newbie to DC - moved here in Feb '13. I work hard and play hard, which I think is a good way to live.I'm a dreamer, love golfing and sailing, think politics are cool; I like intellectual conversation and good wine. I knew German before English and also speak Arabic fluently; I have no kids or baggage or crazy exes. I've traveled to all continents except Antarctica, and enjoy short weekend road trips to awesome little towns. Only 26 people total ran it, so coming in the top 10 doesn't seem like quite as great of a feat.; let's see what the summer brings. I love all sports, but football the most - I'm a huge Bears fan.; the mayor had a ribbon cutting and a speech for it. Yes, these things really do happen. Ummm - it depends on the person. Dinner and drinks are always fun. Or a sports event of some sort. I dunno - it's all situational and what seems like a good idea at the time.
