I'm going to try and keep this fairly brief and straightforward. I'm a Communications Grad who got a job right after graduation that has absolutely nothing to do with my education. I'm currently in the process of changing careers and looks like I'm going to be starting my dream job shortly :) I have a passion for travelling and hope to keep visiting new countries and exploring different cultures as long as I can. Currently have visited about 20 countries (Asia, Africa and South America) and would like to hit 30 by 30 if possible. As it seems every person of meetville says they love the outdoors etc etc; I'll just say if there's some type of activity you want to do, I'll be down for it. I listen to a wide range of music and am trying to get more involved/aware about local live acts (jazz club, local band, festivals) but am pretty clueless so far.I'm looking for someone who will be fun to hang out with and talk too over a drink down town or on the couch at home, but also someone who will be down to hit the slopes in the winter or jump in the car for a last minute road trip. Being tall isn't a pre-requisite, but it would make holding hands a little less awkward ;) Its plain and boring but a chat over a drink or coffee is a good way to start off to see if there's anything there. Though frankly this always seems more like "pre-date" than an actual first date, that can be something more interesting ;)

Damian here. 30 years old. No kids. No pets. I have a decent job I love and I pay my own bills/own my own car. I'm responsible, but fun-loving. I'm always learning it seems like. I get curious about things easily and have acquired a giant wealth of knowledge of pointless info because of it. Two years ago I quit smoking, six months later I took up exercise. I dropped about 75 lbs. and get in better shape all the time. I strength train, box, and try my best at kendo. I love donuts and bacon too a degree that would be unhealthy if I had no control. I'm trained in cooking and am very good. I'm no Bourdain, but I have my moments. Desserts are my specialty, but due to my semi-strict diet I don't practice my craft as much as I should.I'm definitely a dork/nerd. I like card games, puzzle games, FPS, board games, bags, etc. I have an assortment of classic tees ranging from Darkwing Dark to Legend of Zelda. I listen to a board range of music from all over the globe and I love technology. I have seen way too many movies and beat 'Super Mario Bros. 3, World 1' more times than imaginably possible.....Music: Classic Rock, EDM, Reggae, etc... Go-karting? Kind of doesn't leave a lot a room to get to know someone, but I bet it's fun. There's probably an arcade. We can talk there and play skeeball. You can have my tickets.Getting a beer works too...
