I have a Bachelors in Theatre. I haven't done much with theatre in a while, and would really love to get back into it. When I'm not working I'm usually hanging out with friends or family. When I'm not doing that I enjoy playing guitar or reading. The most recent book I've fallen absolutely in love with is Something Like Summer. Such an incredible book, but it completely raked me over the coals.I'm an avid concert goer. My favorite musical artist is Ani DiFranco (I've seen her too many times to count). Other than her, I'll honestly listen to just about anything except pop country. Love blues, jazz, and all the hippie crap from the 60s.I love corny jokes. The worse they are the better. I tell some of the biggest groaners. I like a first date to be somewhere where we can talk comfortably. It doesn't need to be dinner, just something chill where we could talk. Maybe get a coffee, or wander aimlessly through town chit-chatting.

Howdy! So for the past few years I've been focused on getting my career in place and glad to say I am at that point of success with that aspect. Unfortunately, school and work took priority over my dating life and now I am looking to the next chapter of my life. I find humor in everything- I really think if you can laugh about something, why not? I am sarcastic but wildly optimistic. I work in healthcare therefore my sense of humor is very Greys Anatomy style but gets me through most situations. I tend to be more of a homebody but I enjoy lounges/low key bars. The random club night is also always fun but I am somewhat past that stage now. I like to read and bought a kindle which has been the best since its forcing me to read more often.- also huge Downtown Abbey fan! I am looking for someone who is career oriented, passionate about what they do, knows how to laugh and enjoy a good conversation. -S I think coffee is a great first date. It can go as long or as short as you want and always can spiral off to something else like dinner.

I'm me. I'm not really sure how to elaborate because I usually prefer to answer questions. I'm a dorky kinda guy. My friends say that I'm a big kid, but I know when to be a grown up and follow through on my responsibilities. I'm usually the guy who fades into the background but when I truly feel comfortable, I want all the attention. I'm hoping to find someone who can mesh well with me. I'm more of a homebody because I usually prefer to stay in to watch a movie or read a book, but the right person could talk me into just about anything. I like getting to know new people and the best way to do so is just to talk. If there's chemistry, there's no problem finding something to talk about or something to say.
