Hey guys! I'm basically a very down to earth person with a heart of gold. I'm very fun and comical to be around but also very serious when needed to be. I can be pretty shy too. LOVE music, mostly pop. It's a part of my every day life. I also like to go out dancing sometimes which can be fun, but not all the time. I have been in a couple of relationships and been really hurt each time so I always have my guard up but I'm still open for meeting that special someone and to fall deeply in love. But I usually prefer dinner at a nice cozy restaurant or diner and talk to get to know one another or meet at a coffee shop. Walking through the park is also nice if the weather is good for it. Going to the movies is cool too but it does limit the conversation a bit. So my idea of a first date isn't anything too low key or too extravagant. As long as the date goes well and we like each other and connect.

I could start out with a list of hobbies and a list of my likes and dislikes, but where is the fun in that? I am an open book, and willing to tell you all about myself when asked. I'm a great, loyal, trusting, loving, caring, strong friend, brother, son, uncle and ass hole(or so I've been told, haha(kidding!)). I have a wonderfully screwed up family I wouldn't trade for anything, and friends that have become part of that family. It was definitely for the better! I will be perfectly honest and let you know now that I am terrified of first dates... There is way too much pressure. You usually know in the first five minutes whether you're a match or not, that's why I like to take the pressure off. Let's meet for coffee, just plan on hanging out as friends etc... Worst that happens, you met someone interesting(and i have met the most interesting, we can compare notes(haha))... Second date is when people relax... Can we start there? Please???So, that was what I used to think.... Now, there seems to be a little more excitement involved than there used to be. I'm still more of the second, 3rd and 1,579th date kind of guy, but I still get excited meeting someone new.

I am extremely passionate about my job in special education and I sacrificed a lot to get through grad school. I'm not a great place to start looking for someone to date.
