About Me

Hello! I find it a little awkward to describe myself but I'll give it my best shot :)I typically work a lot and thoroughly love what I do. If I'm not doing that I keep things very simple and laid back. I have two dogs and think a night wrestling with them is usually more fun than a night out. I like to consider myself an optimist and generally positive by nature. I believe in doing what makes you happy and once it doesn't you change. I apply this to work and most other things in life. Like most people I've been through my fair share of b.s. but unlike most I recognize past patterns and won't repeat them. I'm a tough shell to crack but I'm always honest (to a fault) and upfront. I can be shy or hesitant but I do my best not to let it affect me. As far as what I'm "looking" for... Well who's to say. I don't really do the casual game, been there done that. I don't frown upon or judge anyone that does... It's just not my scene. I'd love a relationship but I'm in no rush, it's got to be real and something extraordinary for me to commit to that. I guess mostly I'm looking to chat with interesting guys and see where it goes. I'm not too crazy picky when it comes to looks on a guy. Typically I find slightly older/taller than me to me more attractive but hey... Why judge a book by its cover?     Welcome to my profile. Here is a lot of useless information about me but it may be interesting to someone. I usually hate summarizing myself but I will try my best, as I always do. I love movies, TV, and music. I'm not sure what I want to do with my life but I have always had a thought of being a writer or going back to school to be a nurse. I'm passionate about a lot of things and I try my best to show it. I'm one of those people that is pretty grown up but I also have a great sense of whimsy (mostly because I still love watching cartoons). I like just going and having fun but when it's time to work then its time to work. I love being what I call an optimistic pessimist in that I can make a negative comments but I'm always the first one to try and make light of bad situations and try and pick up someone having a bad time and knowing that no matter what happens, things are all going to work out fine and as long as I keep that in my head I stay sane. I'm also very family minded in that I want to get married and have children at some point because I just say that it shouldn't matter that I'm gay, I still want to have the same kind of family that anyone can have. Meet for coffee, take a long walk (probably some romantic place), maybe grab dinner and just spend the entire time talking.
