Let's see, I'm supposed to talk about myself. I'm not going to be one of those that says I hate doing that. Mainly because "me" is the only subject that I can speak on with absolute certainty. And besides, that's the point of all this, isn't it? I mean the idea is for you to get to know enough about me that you sort of know what I'm about and if we'd be good together. So here goes.I'm a dork. I mean I know I chose homebody back up there somewhere but I figured that more accurately describes how I spend my time. I'm not one for going out to the clubs or bars and getting trashed. Though as an occasional thing even that has its place. But I'm getting off track. I tend to ramble, we'll call it an endearing quirk. Anyway, the dork thing. I love my video games, mostly RPGs or just about anything with a scifi/fantasy twist to it. I'm a pretty big Doctor Who fan, to the extent that I dressed up like the 11th for Halloween. Though my love of bow ties may have played a part there too. Also, I love bow ties. I feel like that's a pretty dorky thing, though maybe it's becoming cool again. Or I could be deluding myself, that's always a possibility. (Though for any fellow Whovians out there, bowties will always be cool, and so will fezzes *dont worry, I'll rock a bowtie occasionally but I don't have a fez*) Oh, I love to read. Once I get hooked in a book I will read it for hours a day until I finish it. And, like my video games I enjoy mostly scifi/fantasy stuff there too. Alright, I figure that's enough to give you an idea about me. I'm a pretty open book though so just ask me if you've got any questions. I look forward to hearing from ya. Hmmm. I've usually gone the traditional route with first dates. The whole dinner and a movie thing. Though I wouldn't mind doing something non-traditional ***, how cute would it be to take a cooking class together for a first date? Or maybe take in a play or something. Anywho, I guess the takeaway here is that I'm pretty flexible where the first date is concerned. As long as it's something fun and gives us an opportunity to learn about each other a little bit that's the important thing.

    Welcome to my profile. Here is a lot of useless information about me but it may be interesting to someone. I usually hate summarizing myself but I will try my best, as I always do. I love movies, TV, and music. I'm not sure what I want to do with my life but I have always had a thought of being a writer or going back to school to be a nurse. I love being what I call an optimistic pessimist in that I can make a negative comments but I'm always the first one to try and make light of bad situations and try and pick up someone having a bad time and knowing that no matter what happens, things are all going to work out fine and as long as I keep that in my head I stay sane. I'm also very family minded in that I want to get married and have children at some point because I just say that it shouldn't matter that I'm gay, I still want to have the same kind of family that anyone can have. Meet for coffee, take a long walk (probably some romantic place), maybe grab dinner and just spend the entire time talking.

    So, I guess it's about time to update this thing. I'm still a fun loving night owl who loves b-grade horror flicks, just another year older. Do I have a job I love? **** no. Do I have all the money I would like? Double **** no! I get angry and depressed just like everybody else. I'm an old soul. Most of the things I'm interested in stopped being popular about 20 years ago. I need someone who's going to be as open to exploring my interests as I am theirs. When I'm with a guy I really care about, I give 110% I don't flirt around, I don't add tons of guys on *** out to bars and parties without you, because I'm genuinely concerned about your feelings. Call me old fashioned, but I expect the same treatment in return. I'm extremely open minded, protective, loyal, and honest to a fault. I'm attracted to a lot of different body types and where you have or do not have hair is not something I'm worried about so please don't think I'll disqualify you for your twinkiness or bearitude.
