You want energy go to the gym and work out a sweat lifts weights and gain tons of energy and have a positive attitude. Works too. Not for sure why I didn't start this earlier in my life. But now is better than never. It is part of my daily routine. I miss having the company of a man. It is so nice. oh well this is good..love music and dancing... Just somewhere fun for the both of us. walking through a park talking and getting to know each other better.
