Making friends and connecting with people is easy. The kind of connection I am holding out for is a best friend with great chemistry! The interaction/banter I have with someone, plays a big part in the chemistry for me.I am intelligent, fit, fun, loyal, kind, compassionate, passionate, spiritual and much more than I want to put in an online profile.First and foremost, I am attracted to guys with significant substance to their soul. This is important! If you are also tall, intelligent, strong, athletic/fit, light hearted with a quick wit and don't take yourself too seriously. That would be awesome!I have found that I tend to be more compatible with guys younger than myself. If you are close to my age please be healthy and have vitality. You guys making the "; WTH is that? LOL! It's not sexy when women do it and it's especially not when a guy does it!Oh and big hearts are always nice :) but if you say ";, I'll pass. I need a big brain to go with it.A headline I just saw that made me laugh: "I have Morels". HAHA! Good thing, because I really like mushrooms! This site is entertaining if nothing else :)**I don't use the "Meet Me" feature. The best way to get my attention is by *** appreciate your interest and all of your kind words. :) If you don't receive a response, it's because I don't feel we would be a match. Which means the right one for you is still out there!

Let's Do WaterI am an educated professional and creative woman who loves to laugh, paddle on calm waters and watch film! I am interested in meeting a like minded man. I've had 3 careers and have fashioned my life to live free and to jump on a train, plane, boat or car to discover more about this country and the world!I am looking for a partner now, after enjoying some years of casual dating. There are simply things in life that are more joyous when shared with another. Those day to day events I enjoy sharing with another are;), cooking seafood, preferrably on the actual beach, fishing in salt water, making art and music, and simply hanging out. Film is a large part of my life, and I actively contribute to many art organizations in this city. It is wonderful! My highest priority is freedom, so I have many career skills to choose from and enjoy working for a large variety of clientelle. I train others in several venues, from process improvement in large corporations to teaching doctors how to communicate effectively and stay within appropriate boundaries with their patients. I also enjoy medical writing on a variety of subjects and have worked with clinical trials on new healing drugs. Wellness is important. The road less traveled is where I am going now, and my goal is to make a boat my home. I am a member of my wonderful auxillary coast guard flotilla and just can't seem to spend enough time outdoors and around boats. Kayaking is one of my favorite sports! As is biking, seeing independent films and supporting our local filmakers, writing, doing and exhibiting art, teaching, working to keep our dwindling civil rights alive, and meeting new people, especially those from other cultures. My work life has had a very broad range, and I enjoy meeting other professionals who have large networks, as well. My masters is in healthcare and I do enjoy meeting others of similar educational backgrounds. I am curious always, quiet yet not timid, enjoy twisted humor, feel deeply (made me a good therapist in my 2nd career) and care about people. I think a lot and feel I haven't had a chance to use my mind to it's full capacity, certainly not in the work arena. I am a fighter, not only for my rights but for those of others (worked many law cases in the employment arena, all wins, and all unfortunate to have to have had to occur at all), but prefer peace. My entire being is creative and I need to do art more - scripts run through my head all the time. I dream about the future and it comes true. Please be interested and able to slip into any kayak and paddle with me. I am seeking a healthy partner, reasonable fit and also a man who lives in his own domain, be it home, apartment, barge or boat. Technology has claimed too much of my life already, so no Text, no Chat. :-). Your pix gets mine.Let's go do some water! (Please, NO married men or separated men).

I am a left handed girl in a right handed world. I'm a little old fashioned--a nice girl. I like purple, it makes me happy. I liked it before it was popular, back when it was considered a color for hippies. ;-). (They have the best coffee).I work night shift ***and that makes for a somewhat odd schedule and lifestyle. I prefer that shift though, so I'm not complaining. I work to live, not live to work. I have been with the same employer for 15 years. Stability and security are important to me. But I still enjoyed jumping out of an airplane!I am loyal and have strong character and good integrity. It's important to me to do the right thing and always be fair, and these are qualities I look for in a significant other. My friends and coworkers think I'm funny. Well, most of them, anyway. There's always that one person who was born with no sense of humor or has had it surgically removed. My ipod is loaded with "oldies":ZZ top, Billy Idol, Dire Straits, AC/DC and a few newer ones from Adele. She has an amazing voice. I have to admit that every time I update my ipod, it becomes a battle of wills between my computer and myself.I know all of these profiles blur and begin to sound alike, so let me say I'm a wonderful, loving, basically happy person. If you knew me, you'd like me.
