I chose to put on here that I am looking to 'Date', but what I mean, is it has to start somewhere ...Taking things slow is a far smarter choice then putting things in 5th gear. It takes some time to get to really know someone. I believe very much to live in the present, not dwelling on the past and not always looking into the future. There has to be a STRONG chemistry and a desire to seek all paths of intrigue and passion to keep the things exciting and interesting, with loads of off the cuff laughter!! .....A witty sense of humour is a must, but great communication keeps things moving in the right direction.. Balance on both sides is a must to make things fit I love the outdoors and am probably out more than inside. Once Spring comes, I rarely see the inside of the house. I love to garden and I'm constantly changing both inside and outside of my home. I have traveled quite extensively in Europe and lived overseas for some time. I still would love to do more traveling, so much more to see! I'm happiest around my children and love that they fill the house with 'life'. I adore my dog and love going for long walks on a gorgeous sunny day. I'm a city girl, but love long drives through quiet, open country. I find up north peaceful and try and get up as much as I can. No people watching there, just the lake and all nature's beauty, that is relaxing for me!FUN FACTS ABOUT ME:When you feel beautiful, it comes from that vibe that says you feel good in your skin and are grounded. At this point in my life, I'd feel really blessed to find a man who recognizes (and values) a great thing when we share it, has the maturity and hard earned self confidence in his own skin to be a partner, if we're lucky enough to find a strong connection in the first place! A great relationship requires honesty, strong communication skills, mutual regard and making time to play together! We all work hard, but we need to unwind and play : ) Ever see that bumper sticker: "Bark less, Wag more" ? Love that! ME: I love to spend weekends traveling or just together creating an adventure, or trying new things. My job is STRESSFUL, so fun is hugely important to me for re-fueling and a healthy balance! I'm FUN, compassionate, patient, loyal, super affectionate, grounded genuine, ht/wt proportionate, honest at all times, silly, playful, open and communicative~ and I'm even more attractive on the inside than the outside - looks fade, wrinkles arrive and none of that matters when we're 80 something, holding hands and knowing your best friend is by your side, and has your back : ) I was married for 17 years, divorced now for 10 years, and I know it takes working together and compromise to make it through the rough spots.... I'm not a runner.
