Looking for: man. In age: 43-53

This is always this tough part, to describe yourself.. For starters, I am a home health nurse by profession, I work with medically fragile children.. It is a part of nursing that I didn't think I would like, but as it turns out I love it!! I like hanging out with friends, watching movies, reading and doing needlework.. I enjoy getting to know someone over dinner or perhaps going on a walk.. I am still looking for a church home as I want that to be a part of my life here, as I am new to the area.. My children are grown and persuing their own dreams.. I love spending time with them and my granddaughter.. I am open to learning new things, having new experiences and looking the right someone to have those with..P.S. While the 'flirt', 'wants to meet you' or 'made you a favorite' features may be more fun or convenient - It is too time consuming to check profiles and respond etc. So, please just send a message.. Thanks!!

Woman. 50 years old. Zodiac sign: Cancer.

Looking for: man. In age: 47-57

At this point in my life, I'd feel really blessed to find a man who recognizes (and values) a great thing when we share it, has the maturity and hard earned self confidence in his own skin to be a partner, if we're lucky enough to find a strong connection in the first place! A great relationship requires honesty, strong communication skills, mutual regard and making time to play together! We all work hard, but we need to unwind and play : ) Ever see that bumper sticker: "Bark less, Wag more" ? Love that! BTW, about the cartoon with my photos - hopefully, you have a great sense of humor and aren't offended by it - and if I'm lucky, you think it's hysterical and kind of symbolic of online/blind dating, like I do : ) That poor guy!! ME: I love to spend weekends traveling or just together creating an adventure, or trying new things. My job is STRESSFUL, so fun is hugely important to me for re-fueling and a healthy balance! I'm FUN, compassionate, patient, loyal, super affectionate, grounded genuine, ht/wt proportionate, honest at all times, silly, playful, open and communicative~ and I'm even more attractive on the inside than the outside - looks fade, wrinkles arrive and none of that matters when we're 80 something, holding hands and knowing your best friend is by your side, and has your back : ) I was married for 17 years, divorced now for 10 years, and I know it takes working together and compromise to make it through the rough spots.... I'm not a runner. I don't yell or use the silent treatment when there's a conflict - and I'm holding out for the kind of rare man who prefers to talk things through - respectfully and honestly, with the goal of resolving things and reconnecting : ) If you need to be right over reconnecting, we probably won't make a good fit.YOU: So the search continues to find my honey... you are in good shape but not a gym rat!, LOL ..emotionally available and mature, confident but not arrogant, have mutual regard for others - (you look for others' perspective in things), you're respectful, genuine, grounded, self aware and open to the option of an exclusive relationship if we get to that place. You're romantic, and love to be romanced in return. You're not afraid to love big and fall hard, and you're very comfortable with letting a woman into your heart along with the feelings, intimacy and passion that brings. You enjoy showing/saying how you feel.... You play hard and have a healthy balance between work, play, family and your other relationships... You have strong morals and a natural love for dogs and kids! (I don't have a dog, but dogs can sniff out the good guys!) You DON'T use recreational drugs and don't need to get drunk if you drink. You're a gentle, straight shooter, even when it would be easier NOT to be, and you appreciate the same from your partner. If you're searching for someone you can always be yourself with, share anything with, and know you've got a safe place to land when life beats you up, we'll likely connect and share alot in common. You have to look at the good and the bad in people, and weigh them out. There's always going to be some of both in all of us..."warts and sparklies" as my Gram used to call them! Natural, easy flowing humor and romance are huge to me...try a little tenderness! Don't be shy - say hello! ... Meeting for a cup of coffee or a drink can be the perfect way to keep it light and casual at first, which makes everyone more comfortable for the initial meet and greet : ) Great way to find out if there's any chemistry or potential for a real date. What would you like to do? PLEASE - Don't contact me if: you smoke (anything other than cigars), if you're not at least 5'8" or if you are still MARRIED/SEPARATED (I learned the hard way)! You won't change my mind, no matter how sweet and charming you are, and I will politely excuse myself and leave right then. Besides, does it make sense to start a meeting off with deception?? ...big red flag! (Run Forest, run!)
