Life is full of surprises....that's a fact...some good and some...well let's just say I try to learn from my mistakes. I believe that everything happens for a reason. I don't always understand why things happen as they do, but I try to look forward in life and gain insight on my experiences.I am a Mother of three grown sons. My boys are 28, 26 and 21. They are my pride, joy & strength!! They certainly keep me grounded and always give me a reason to smile.I have a profession that I am truly passionate about. I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and genuinely love helping others improve their eating habits and improve their overall health.I was married to the father of my three sons for 22 years.
