I am a touchy, feely, person and love to cuddle and be cuddled. Picked up some weight in my "happy" years of being married, but have been walking and losing some of it. Have lost 45 lbs in the last year. Love to walk, and cut grass on my riding lawn mower (I call it my zen place). LOL. Put the earbuds in and turn the phone off and just get inside my own happy place. I consider myself a work in progress, and strive to be a better person every day. Take a walk, go for a ride (either horseback or motorcycle). Just sit and talk.
