Active, honest, well traveled and well-grounded simple gal seeking "THE good guy". :)Not into head games or drama. Seeking a respectful, well mannered and active gentleman who knows what he wants and what drives him. Outdoorsy, I love cycling, beach volleyball, hiking, water skiing, rollerblading. My true passion is to sit by the fireplace with my guitar or ukulele to play and singalong; I'd love to add that the picture perfect would be with a nice glass of red wine, but I don't drink...because I don't know anything about wine to be honest. I cook too...and prefer gatherings at home than the restaurant. :)I'm more of an open book, with the right person. Non-judgmental, dedicated, passionate and assertive. More of a black or white kind of person, I'm not fond of gray areas.Unfortunately for some of you, the following is addressed to adventure seekers, players, undecided, married or already in a relationship, cheaters or womanizers; you'll have more luck with the previous or next ad - I agree that you have every right to play your own 'game', but I stand my ground and my freedom to choose THE game I'm willing to play, and this isn't one of them.Chatters and people seeking virtual self-gratification, please move along... No hard feelings! If you're still reading and you think you fit the 'bill', I'd love to hear from you. Something simple where I can let my hair down... ;) Coffee would be a great start. I don't mind bringing my guitar...as long as you're the one who'll be singing! ;)

I'm not going to go into long descriptions as I prefer to share one on one!I have no patience with players and though I love children, mine are older and would prefer someone who has older children also.Honesty and integrity are high up on my list of necessary qualities! If any of this sparks an interest by all means, send me a line or two!Nb: Je parle français!

I enjoy hanging out with family and friends in the backyard or out somewhere. When I do get to travel I love the beach and could sit there from sun up until sun down. New places are always fun -- whether in town or across the country. I love to laugh and try to find the fun in everything. I enjoy country music but have begun to enjoy top 40's once again.I am hoping to find someone who is positive but knows there are negatives, happy but understands a bad day, likes to give hugs and likes to receive them, doesn't mind just sitting together and not talking, understands what it takes to be a parent, understands what it means when someone needs adult time, remembers that sometimes all it takes is a simple pleasure to make my day. too much? oh good! keep reading!Who's to say that a few dates could turn into a relationship? ***could happen and if it is the right person, I would be happy to see if it works. I am just not on a mission to find a relationship,a husband or a new dad for my kids. I am successful on my own and my kids have a dad. So it all boils down to if you like a cold beer, can laugh and want to have an enjoyable time, please send me a message and I love to talk; so make it more than just HI! so hard to get a conversation started with just HI!!!! I think a first date should begin with drinks or even dinner and drinks. That way the conversation can linger on or finish up once dinner is done. Not a coffee or hot tea drinker so a coffee shop wouldn't work for me. Besides don't we hope the date will be fun -- so set it up to be fun -- presentation goes along way. If the weather is good and the company is good, walking around any of those places are fun. I don't think going to a park would be a good idea, sort of scary. I also think people get too angry when you talk during a movie so that might not work either.I try not to put too much pressure on the first date -- some can end too fast or not fast enough but either way you had conversation and discovered more about yourself and can move on with what life offers you next....a second date or a new first date
