If it's a drink how about a local brewery or winery? If it's a hot summer day lets float down a lazy river on tubes. If it's cold and snowing, totally have to do snow angels and hot chocolate. Maybe not consider it a "date" - just a "meeting" to start with and see where it goes from there.
