About Me

My outlook on life is to make choices that make you happy....we are only here for such a short time. Don't waste it on the past, don't hold grudges, try and find humor every day - something that makes you belly laugh. All that other crap is just...crap. In the big scheme of your life if it doesn't really matter, let it go. It takes so much more energy to be miserable and unhappy. I don't have time for it. Being at the midpoint (hopefully!) of my life, if it's not going to add to the happiness in my life and make it better, get rid of it. I'm hoping to meet someone with the same outloook who's looking for a serious relationship. I've never done "casual" and don't plan to start now. I'm ready for someone to make me laugh, to show me affection and want to receive it, to be my partner in crime, my first and last thought of the day - and me theirs. Such a great city!- don't rule me out! :) I won't reply to no pictures. I put myself out there, so I'd appreciate the same. Finding an out of the way restaurant that has great food and great wine...talking and getting to know each other.

Woman. 50 years old. Zodiac sign: Cancer.

Looking for: man. In age: 47-57

Confident, strong minded men only. Respect, Connection, Attraction, Humor, Friendship and Maturity important. Tall, average to athletic, eyes catches my attention. I'm mostly out doors person till winter comes & I seem to hibernate then. I'm a country girl at heart & never perfect. It's the little things that get me going, I love to have fun, laugh, joke around. I don't take things, life, people to seriously till that emotion is needed, why stress. Not much surprises me. I do have a fun goofy side as well I'm to the point. I choose to take the time to know someone, as to not rush into relations that turn bad. Eventually want something more solid (trust, love, feel safe, etc...) but friends for now, in no rush for flings or Mr. right, things will happen when it happens. *If you don't frequent my area, just don't see need in small talk. *This should clear things up from the get go; save time & energy...I'm NOT willing to relocate if things should ever go that far. *Teens, 20 somethings is just not for me, plz don't press the issue.*NEED clear pic, if you don't have or unable to load one plz don't waste your time or mine. *If person relies on substances daily, whines, short tempered, depressed ***or to pushy, I'm won't be interested in meeting. *As well wanting to bump pelvises when we have never meet, huge turn off.

Don’t need too much just let me be all about you during the moments I’m with you… wrapped around the fingers, hugging you. I badly need a tender, romantic, loyal and sincere caring partner.

Woman. 48 years old. Zodiac sign: Sagittarius.

Looking for: man. In age: 45-55

Intro: New to the area and entertaining the possibility of finding someone with mutual attraction/chemistry and complimenting personalities (Yin-Yang)...then see where it may go from there? Although I'm not in any rush to be in a relationship, if the right man came along I'm fully capable (emotionally and physically) of being in a LTR should it reach that level over a period of time. I'm not a serial dater and selective in who I communicate with or meet---let's face it, we pretty much know what we want or don't want at this stage in our lives. Favorite foods/places: Tortellini de Crema in Sicily;; Bratwurst in Germany;..sorry mates. Although I don't require the person I'm with to be a world traveler, I would prefer someone who likes to travel/sightsee and doesn't view it as point A to B, but a journey along the way. For Fun: Enjoy a variety of outdoor and indoor activities, such as, but not limited to: golf, softball (play on a local coed team), reading, camping, puzzles, skiing, darts/poker, good movie, a day on the beach, or spending time with my two sons ***and 23 y.o. both serving in the Army) when I can as they're stationed in different states. I'm pretty much open to anything, definitely not a sissy [even rode a bull once and rappelled off a perfectly good building], but do have a few exceptions like eating raw oysters or jumping into subfreezing water. If the only activity or discussion you enjoy is work, prof. sports or holding a remote, then we won't work out---I prefer someone who's active, versatile, diverse and able to 'balance' my needs as well as theirs.More info: Now I'm probably going to shock most men [and paralyze most women] but I HATE TO SHOP, loathe it really. I'm an 'independent thinker', so I don't have any preset religious, spiritual, scientific or political beliefs. My boys are grown, on their own, and enjoying my second stage of independence---so I don't wish to date someone who's actively raising young children. About me: I prefer rock and roll (classic) but listen to others (except rap) depending upon my mood; not judgmental but can be blunt (tell it like I see it); able to discuss/debate on a variety of subjects; spontaneous; adventurous; like romance (what woman doesn't) but hate smothering. Also, independent, confident, active, playful and kindhearted with a good sense of humor. ***If you don't have a pic or fairly recent one don't bother responding---it's only fair that if you can see me, I see you too.***DISCLAIMER. Ground rules: 1) Be respectful; 2) NOT into meeting for sex [select "intimate encounter" for that]; and 3) If you're an alcoholic or chemical/drug abuser please move on. A cup of coffee, game of miniature golf, or light lunch at a sidewalk bistro would be a nice place to start.
