Fitness and nutrition is really important to me and I try to stay in good shape. Due to a recent ankle injury I can't go as hard as I used to, so lately Palates is my new exercise. Best date ever for me would be the smell of the green, roar of the crowd and the crack of the bat. Cannot beat a day at Safco! I am huge Mariner's fan and both of my children (who are adults now) keep me busy with baseball and softball growing up. Thankfully the love the game made for special memories.
