I am an energetic, positive, passionate and independent woman. I see life from "the glass is half full" perspective. I live a healthy lifestyle, (except I do have a sweet tooth and I love my coffee!). I take care of myself physically and I love to workout on a regular basis. I am not a supermodel, but I am attractive and fit. I try not to take myself or life too seriously. I can be feisty, sarcastic, playful and rebellious! I'm sociable and enjoy being around people, but I also need to recharge my battery with down-time at home. I believe that communication is an essential part of a healthy relationship. . I have overcome plenty of trials and tribulations and I have learned and grown from my experiences. I live a balanced life. I know who I am today and I'm comfortable in my own skin. I have two wonderful college-aged kids that are my pride and joy. My biggest accomplishment in life has been to raise my children and watch them grow into incredible young adults. I have an amazing job which I thoroughly enjoy. I love learning and I'm not just a teacher, but a life-long student. I am passionate about travel, language, and discovering different cultures. There are so many countries to explore and so little time to do it! Volunteering and being of service to others is also an important part of my life.
