I am an upbeat person (but not "perky" ***I tend to see the positive in a situation until it proves to be so horrible that it warrants my full on negativity). I am a word nerd. A word nerd meaning I love to read. I will read just about anything and everything. My children are also word nerds which make me so proud -lol! I'm into substance of spirit, compassion, affection, and strength. I want someone who knows what it is to truly be a man and wants to care for his partner, encourage her, and to be able to handle my confidence, intellect, sense of humor, attractiveness and social grace. I'm shaped like an hourglass and make no apologies for that. Oh and did I mention I love to laugh? Oh my gosh my work is serious and I find humor just about everywhere. I love a natural, quick wit that keeps me smiling long after the conversation.I don't mind dating men in their 30s as long as they have it together. I used to date younger men pretty exclusively but I was not looking for a relationship then. I love music. It's my therapy to calm, to calm my spirit, and to shake my groove thang when I want.I have a private practice working with neurodevelopmentally challenged children and I'm on sabbatical.
